At Quick Boarding Travel and Tours, we strive to provide the best travel and tourism services to our customers. However, we understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings made through our platform.

1. Cancellations

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable service fees.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a cancellation fee of [percentage or fixed amount].

1.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
